2016 Maximum Workers Compensation Rate Announced
The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has announced that the maximum workers compensation rate for 2016 will be $978 per week. This is an increase of $27 from the maximum compensation rate for 2015, which was $951 per week. This new maximum rate applies to any injuries that occur in the year 2016.
